Thanks John. I only got my 22 plate last month. Looking around the topics I don't see too many people receiving support from Audi. Very disappointed for a "premium " brand.

I've written to Audi several times about the app. It's useless. It won't even tell me if I've left the doors open. They told me to call the 0800 number. Which I did today and gave up after 30 minutes without an answer. Lack of tyre pressure information is also required on the app. My Jaguar XF could pre heat the car and give you warnings about open doors and mpg stats. I see many people complaining but no one appears to be receiving any support.

Thanks for this information Sam. I just got a 22 plate the other week and struggled with finding out this information as the handbook is very poor. Being in Scotland with our weather, kind of important to get the mirrors working properly.
