Hi All I've had an online chat today as below with Global Media who operate the Heart channels which I have no reception for so its not just Bauer Media. Some of the Global Media channels operate on DAB and others on DAB+ and its the + ones that don't work on my radio It will be good to hear what Audi respond with at some point Hi, can you please tell me whether Heart dance is broadcast on DAB or DAB+ or perhaps both ? I and many other car drivers are having problems with some stations which are not being received on some Audi cars and this seems to be blamed on a change over to DAB+ Perhaps you could advise Thanks Alastair *** Holly joined the chat *** Holly Hello! Holly I am going to feed this back though for you - if you are having problems with tuning the device in your car to get it Audi should be able to help Holly have you tried retuning the channel at all to see if this helps Holly We haven't been told of any recent changes Alastair yes I've tried re-tuning, its seems to be an issue with Audi cars of a certain age although Audi seem to suggest there is nothing wrong with cars they have tested Holly this is something we would recommend asking Audi again for as this becomes device specific for the car Alastair thanks for your help Holly you are more than welcome - I hope you have a nice weekend
