The relevant DAB network operators have been looking into recent issues with certain vehicle infotainment systems. Although the issue appears to be related to the behaviour of these receivers in the presence of certain valid signalling (which is compliant with the international technical standards for the DAB system), the operators are exploring options for mitigating the issue in the future. However, as the problem does not appear to be related to a technical fault or non-compliance on the part of the broadcasters, you may want to pass any further comments to the vehicle manufacturer direct. My SDL National frequencies DAB were lost for a while (I listen to Virgin), then came back, then gone again for about two weeks now. I'm following up with Arqiva to see what's going on... all my other DAB frequencies are OK.
