I dont think basic plus was designed to stream music as for hands free you only need 2 front speakers .

I get blueray and 3d movies from varius servers . All in 1080p :)

Im to familiar with audi chorus or concert units If you have aux already the plug in any music device via small jack cable and then you need to select aux on your radio

On my a6 there is a reset button on the bottom of the windscreen wipers stalk that lets me scroll to the electronic speed

Check again. I think you will find it says MMI :) If you have the ipod dock then you dont have ami (audi music interface ) its a unit of the size of a cd changer located in the glovebox as showed on the picture above
