Forgot to say he has the Audi 80 Quatro and the 100 Qautro pristine cars ! Apparently the 80 has never been registered or hasn't been on the road I'm not sure which. He has them as well as an old bubble type car which are kept in a garage with his collection temperature controlled! You have to see the place to believe it. About 40 cars in total including American and Italian pedigree motors. Big fin Cadilacsone is a coupe but still massive and the other a convertible! I love visiting the place his Daughter is a Friend from my schooldays that's hiw I know him. His knowledge on Audi is incredible

I have the new gear from an old boy who had an audi dealership. I just can't get it fitted tbh no one wants to do them around here in Brighton.

Hi Steve I have asked so many people. I did have a place in Oxford who repaired it for £120 the repair lasted 30 miles then packed up. I called the company and they demanded another £120 before they would repair it. So I'm not using them again

I have the 100CD from 86 beautiful condition! Prices are getting better i had quotes of between £6k and £11k from different sources! They are big in the states 100 200 and 5000 models are fetching really good money there. I have an open offer from a friend who is a car dealer in Texas who has been trying to buy mine

Thanks Chris if you have a radio, odometer that works, I want to buy one as a spare. Other bits n pieces I'd be interested in as well, you have to make sure you have the VIN number when buying spares if it begins with certain letters what looks the same isn't and fitting can cause damage so I've been told. Looking at buying an 03 Golf tomorrow 54k on the clock immaculate so I'm trying to find a price to offer as I don't want to rip the bloke off and I don't want to make a fool of myself either it's a 1.6 alloy wheels etc.

Hi Chris mine is an 86, C3 2.3 CD, there's a few SE models about mine is the last 86 CD 2.3 from that year on the road according to DVLA ,although there's at least two I know of on E Plates Sorned.

Got my Audi back and am now going to use it, just had new steering pump and all the mechanics redone, my Brother got his fitters ( one is an ex Audi mechanic) to do everything. The 100CD now has 32195 original mileage, and I'm trying to find out its value? It's the 1986 model c3 I think. I lost my temper as I couldn't get a steering pump so gave it to my Brother he did it up then gave it back to me so it's back on the road, it's going to be driven now though.

Someone keyed my drivers side wing but that's getting done. I will post some pics when the weather is better.

If I can help I will. The regulator on my rear passenger window stopped working and I need a new passenger side sun shade. The starter motor I have is for your year.you can have it if you can arrange collection. Any other bits you need let me know.
