its smokes only when warm nothing on start up so only when warm never smoked before bought the car a month ago and yes colder weather but this is smog thick continuous once warm eases of a bit when at lights the smoke is heavy and to say the least embarrassing ;) car starts on the button and doesnt miss a beat pulls strong turbo kicks in no change in performance at all

i bought a new pump with motor on Ebay £150 ,once i read the detailed instructions for removal from autoelectron i decided to pull out the old unit then swap just the motor that was it fixed .. Removing whole pump with motor attached is 3 bolts then its just 2 bolts to switch over the motor

easy fix im non mechanical and replaced it in 85 mins auto electron uk have a great step by step guide as they tell you how to remove and send off for repair i just replaced it ,took my 85 mins start to finish

i replace my roof pump was a very simple process and very easy to access back rear quarter in boot plenty of on line instructions and as long as you remove the amp only 3 bolts hold it in place instead of swapping full pump i tried just the motor first and bingo was all good excellent step by step guide on www autoelectron co uk as a non mechanical guy it took me 85 mins and probably saved me hundreds

so my car drives fine its a 2006 A4 2.0 Tdi 140soft top strong smell of diesel from fumes but no oil in the white smoke no loss of power no shudders or judders .Oil level is good ,no loss of coolant . ive cleaned EGR which was almost clogged to full with soot ,car has 130,000 ive tryed no smoke product, and also a k seal ultimate I have removed all the air filter box to make the space more accessible and had the car up on jacks to 50cm to access underneath and remove the bottom plastic scuff trays, no signs of leaks anywhere .Any ideas as to my next move ?
