RS6 cracked dashboard glass

Hi guys

was driving my RS6 and noticed a crack has appeared on the glass/plastic that protects the dials.

anybody had this before? Is it a known issue?

the car hasn’t been cleaned so I know it wasn’t done by applying pressure.

Anybody know the best way to replace it?
