Hi all looking for help we have a 2011 Q5 with a non working rear heated window and 12v cigarette lighter socket despite changing the fuse still no luck. We noticed when the auto stop start comes on the suddenly work until we pull away then they stop working.

Its been with auto electrcians for 3 days who said no idea . They changed the alternator as they thought it was that but with no luck.

Has anyone had this problem and can offer some help..its gone audi today for a air con recall .
