Went an bought a 2014 BITDI black edition saloon.

    Nope i'm afraid it doesn't. £8 a pop if you go into the ULEZ 

    Worth a "proper" read IMHO .. a load of important information for ALL drivers . as well as descriptions of all the proposed Emission Zones
