Heater Support Pump error code

A check engine light has come up last night. Was wondering if anybody has had previous experience with an error code P16CB00 for Heater Support Pump - Supply Voltage. If so could anybody tell me what it could mean or what i would be needing to look at replacing?

just check wiring before replacing anything if you know where to look
