LG99 Posted October 13, 2023 Share Posted October 13, 2023 Hi guys, Would appreciate any help with this, I'm trying to do things on my own as the only way to learn is to do it yourself (hopefully with the guidance of your experience). I want to try out the EGR cleaning sprays which might help clear some of the crap out, or it may not but I thought it might be worth giving it a shot. I understand that you need to spray this in short bursts through the air intake pipe whilst the engine is idling. I think I have located the air intake pipe but wonder which part I should unclip and spray the cleaner through. I dont want to spray it down the wrong part and damage something else. I have attached a picture which I have circled and numbered 1 and 2. It looks like the MAF sensor might be connected to the one labelled 1 .
