Android / Apple connection issue

Featured Replies

I have the twin USB / 3.5mm aux sockets under the centre armrest that allows for a wired Android Auto or Apple Car Play connection.

This has generally worked 99% of the time since buying the car last year but recently the connection drops out easily and unplugging and reconnecting the USB makes no difference.

When this happens I can still make calls and listen to BT audio, so it's not a connection issue with the phone as such.

I'm going to try a new cable and give the ports a clean, but was wondering if this is a known / common fault with the B9.

I have the wider (non touch) screen if that helps.

Fixed with a new cable FWIW
