A6 parking brake light & jumping from 2nd to 1st

So as the title says I’ve picked an Audi up this week 2017 3.0 272 and parking brake light has come on, as this happened the same day the down shift from 2nd to 1st was very jumpy, I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced this before. the car has had gearbox service previously and has full service history I’ve seen various things about brake light switch and adaptive driving if anyone could help that would be great…..forgot to add that the day before the brake light switch came on the tyre pressure light came up but this cleared once I had updated the pressures
