Quality led bulbs

Featured Replies

Hi people just wondering if any of you have changed the front fog light bulbs to led? I am looking at various ones mainly because when the fog lights illuminate my way to my door they are quite yellow and I would like them a lot brighter/whiter. Any suggestions please , if I choose some I will take before and after comparison pictures, this may help others in future. Regards Tim

Tim.

If you look through the forum history you will see that changing from tungsten to LED is far from straightforward, and sometimes impossible. If your lights are dim it would be simpler to just renew the bolbs. Incandescant lights do become dim over time.

Thank you for your info the lights are not particularly dim but yellowish I thought maybe led would be the answer but not as it works out thanks again

Yes the reflectors are fine and lenses are pretty clean there is no “smoke stain” (all I can think of explaining what I mean) on inside face of glass. I will order new bulbs at least then I know they are ok thanks again for your time 👍
