Help needed please.. ive got q5 2018 quattro 3.0tdi 

When turning  the steering wheel  hard right  and even  when  going in straight slowly  I get a rumbling/vibration  through  steering wheel, could  this be transfer box  needing  oil service. Car has full  audi service  77k on clock  but can't  be sure transfer box  gets done  under  a audi service.  Thanks in advance.
