Q7 4L front surround camera harness

Featured Replies

Hi all

I recently extended my hood ornament collection by rear ending a Fiesta...luckily it was low speed. Long and short of - it insurance write off, bought the car back and replaced all the damaged bits APART from one. The front surround camera harness snapped resulting in dead front and front/side wheels view. For the life of me I cannot find a replacement front camera harness. I believe the part code is 4L0 970 1192A.

I've tried breakers yards and even sourcing the HSDC from AliExpress by taking a pic of the Male and Female ends. The cable from AliExpress needed some tweaking on the plastic exteriors to get them to fit the camera and Control Module cable connector, but after all was connected and started the car I still get blue screen with X through the camera.

Has anyone had similar issues\experience with this or know where I can source this unicorn of cable?

Much obliged
