bang and Olufson

Hello peeps,

I am a newby here and I have just bought an Audi a4 2012 1.8 TFSI S-Line Black Edition from my Nephew and have an issue,

a Navigation setup cd is stuck in the cd player and keeps spinning when I turn the ignition on.

I asked my nephew about it and he said he never used a music cd before, he used mp3 player and memory cards.

So my question is , does anybody have any idea how to get the cd out before I put it in a garage ?

I have tried two ways 1st was to hit the eject and start button at the same time with engine off then 2nd with the engine on.

but both did not work, and there isn't a little hole to put a pin in to eject the cd.

so if anybody has the answer I would be very grateful
