Hi,

I have recently purchased my A3 Sportback and whenever I connect a USB device (tried 2 different mp3 players) it disconnects every time after playing about 6 tracks. I have checked the cable is pushed in properly at both ends and that the connections are solid.

Is this an issue that others have encountered and if so how do I resolve this?

I've had no problems with my USB,  so suspect connection issue?but worth trying a known reliable USB. Assume cd and sd working OK?

I have checked the connection at both ends and that the cable has no kinks or splits. I have tried 2 USB devices which have been reliable when used in another car. Everything else works fine. Seems odd the disconnect happens after a few tracks played each time normally after about 15-20 mins playing time.
