Hi all. I'm new to the forum. I have a 2007 a6 . Daft question can I fit the facelift headlights and wing mirrors to it ?  Are they compatible?

Not entirely sure what you have to wire up to get everything integrated but here is a link to some options, OE and retrofit lights and mirrors
