Entertainment fader issue

i have an Audi A4 avant 2016 model with standard MMI including the standard navigation system. The entertainment fader option in the sounds setting has stopped working when reversing and also voice guidance in the sat nav. Tried flicking through the options (off, low, medium, high) and nothing helps. Has anyone else seen or had this happen and how did you resolve?

I see this is an old post, but did you manage to resolve? Just picked up my new A4 Avant B9 last week, and seeing the same symptom. Never experienced a problem with this in previous Audi’s that I’ve owned.
