q5 roof bars

Hello everyone! I'm a newbe in this forum and I would like to pop a question regarding my q5 roof bars. I did try to fit my roof bars this afternoon but notice that the rear bar is not level to the front bar. Is it normal or needs adjusting? Thanks!

Here's the pics of the bars. I can certainly say that they are both the same height. Took some pictures with level on it.

I believe they are.. I bought the bars a year ago from a friend who used to have a Q5. I did not bother to ask her if it's genuine or not coz I might offend her. Here's some pictures for you to scrutinise. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
