  1. Well done and you went for the pro pack, that will expand your capabilities as well as the facility to check once a month to head off any up and coming problems all at a fraction of the cost of VCDS. Its probably the best entry level set up I have seen for a long time and they are constantly updating the system, I have often thought recently of buying it but my phone is just about banged out with work APPS but I am rapidly thinking it might be worth an extra phone just to run that. Steve.
  2. Update: I bought obdeleven basic from Amazon, and then bought the pro licence from within the app. I successfully used it to read fault codes, but also to code a retrofit RNS315 in my VW Touran. Using VCDS 'how to' videos, I can find the corresponding values/bytes/bits in OBDeleven. Good kit! All in, cost me under £100 for the pro package.
  3. That'll be a lovely trip 🙂 fingers crossed it you get it on Tuesday 👍
  4. Fingers crossed it gets fixed without issue ☺️ please keep us posted.
  5. OK so I contacted the dealer today, and apparently the faulty SOS is a known issue and the MMI going blank is linked to it. The car is booked in later this month so fingers crossed . . .
  6. Hi I took delivery of a new A3 a fortnight ago and have used it daily since then. I’ve had the SOS warning twice, and the pre-sense apply the brakes once for no reason, but on almost every journey, at least once, the MMI goes blank for 30 seconds or so and shows the message ‘please wait, updating user information’. i haven’t gone back to the dealer yet, but having read your post I guess I’d better.
  7. It might be worth you speaking to the finance company if you're not getting anywhere with Audi. Along the lines it's not fit for purpose especially as it's applying the brakes for no reason. My other advice would be to get it booked into for a longer period abd get a courtesy car. That way you have leverage as they'll want the courtesy car back, but if your cars not fixed then they won't get it back if you see what I mean. Cheers Steve
