    Hello Steven, I really doesn’t matter, or make any difference whether anyone has had this issue - you have it, and you shouldn’t have any concerns regarding the why s and wherefore s. Your responsibility is to simply ensure it gets booked into an Audi dealer, and politely instruct them to ‘fix it please’. Perhaps you would be kind enough to let us know how you get on.     hi yanis,these cars are known for having issues with the temp and fuel gauge,the fuel guage in particular can be very decieving,i renewed the unit in the fuel tank and it solved the problem,as cliff says the thermostat is worth renewing to solve the issue with the temp guage,Greg
