  1. I took delivery of a brand new A6 50 TDI (C8) Black edition in March 2020 and I hate it. First the gearbox lag which was mostly fixed by the software update to the gearbox. Now I have an MMI issue, after a recall update. I have only really started doing any miles in it as lock down has reduced. The more I drive and experience it the more I hate it. Any other item I would have given it back as faulty and got my money back. In knowingly paid a premium for an Audi, as I previously had an A7 and loved it. Does anybody know how I can give it back and get out of the finance, without paying thousands?
  2. So, I had the MMI recall software updated when I had the update on the gearbox. Since then; My iPhone disconnects and won’t connect. So have to keep reregister it. The middle top screen gets stuck with the ring of death! Both on my Nav and on Voice recognition. The dash Nav still works! Thankfully I have the tech pack. Is anybody else having these problems? The only fix for the sticking I have found is to switch off, walk away from the car with my key and then return. Then starts the dance to reconnect the phone again!
  3. I've had chance to have a proper drive now. Substantially better. It now drives like an Audi!
  4. Thanks for the advice on the software update in May. My local dealer updated and seems much better, although only drove home. There was also an MMI recall/ update, which they did at the same time. Not sure what it was fixing.
