Glad it’s working. I have no idea how a company as big as Audi (VW) can mess something so simple up. Seems like car companies struggle with tech. Also locking etron planner and traffic info behind a pay wall is harsh considering the price of these cars. What’s worse is the connect team. They seem to answer to no one and don’t care about giving a decent customer service. I have been told they are a 3rd party contracting firm. Probably all working from home watching Netflix based on how they don’t want to do their job. Also every part of Audi blame the other. Dealership blames Audi Uk, Audi Uk blame connect services. As a customer I don’t care who is to blame it’s not our job to runaround trying to fix it. I must have spent hours of my time trying to fix it since March.
ps the reason I asked about your e tron is because myself and the other guy I have speaking with that has this issue have exactly the same cars. They seem to be ex Audi UK models due to the super low mileage and huge list of extras. So wasn’t sure if this issue is isolated but alas no, it’s all e trons 🤦♂️
