It could be that you are not pressing the clutch in far enough, got caught out on a Toyota recently and I had to press it incredibly hard to the floor for it to recognise the clutch was depress which made me think it is an adjustment required for the pedal switch

Sounds like the airbags or pipework has a slight leak. Spray a leak detector (soapy water) around everywhere and see if bubbles emanate from the leak

Hi.....welcome to the Forum Your dealer should be able to activate the nav system (for a cost) as it is just a software download and activation. Try contacting another dealer if your one isn't obliging.
