I have tried turning the ignition on and then pulling the stalk out, and then again for 5 -10 seconds, it goes through the motions as it should do but the wee spanner and warning light stay on. Has anyone any suggestions?

are there different shaped air filters for 2015 A4's. The normal rectangle one I purchased doesnt fit!

Not sure about good customer service or me looking for Audi to confirm anything. The problem is Audi have made the process convoluted, I can't turn off the "Service due" warning myself, I have to go to Audi, why? Well we all know the answer, I for my part wont use a main dealer because they overcharge and often they are not as thorough as I would like!

Portadown Audi refused to reset my "Service Due" warning because I did not get the car serviced with them! Bad customer service if you ask me, got it done with an independent Audi garage, 20 quid!

yes serviced and all, mechanic told me there is an electronic dipstick which i have to check to ensure the oil level is correct

I am going to get my mechanic to do an intermediate service, cheaper and handier than going to Audi. Is oil and filters all I need to get?

Audi can do bars and bike carrier for £350!

Could anyone recommend a good set of reasonably priced roof bars for a 2015 avant (B8) I am waiting on a quote from Audi but am guessing it will be steep. The bars will be used to carry bikes! TIA!

I have to replace the front tyres on my A4, 225/50 R17's. Is it worthwhile paying the hefty extra price tag for the premium tyres?

What do people think of black alloys on a white a4 avant? Is it possible to repaint silver alloys, obviously I wouldnt be doing it, leave that to the professionals!

Thanks for the welcome and response Steve. The ultra is my preference, what extra spec does it come with? Sorry i am a complete newbie when it comes to Audis. Also how are they for reliability, the car i am looking at has 38,000 with a FSH. I am just a little apprehensive because my last german car (VW Passat) was a nightmare, DPF problems, oil pump failure, head gasket!!!
