Black alloys, white car

Featured Replies

What do people think of black alloys on a white a4 avant? Is it possible to repaint silver alloys, obviously I wouldnt be doing it, leave that to the professionals!

Hi Lavelle,

I think it's all in the eye of the beholder. I have a white A3 with two tone alloys (dark and light metallic grey)and they look cool to me. Black and white do go together yes but without seeing the car it's difficult to say.

 Alloys can be repainted yes.

About 4-8 years ago a white car with black alloys was one of the best selling car colour combinAtions. One of my favourite ones two.  When I saw my Silver A6 in a white vinyl wrap I bought it almost straight away. Brought it home and put it on bricks, taking the alloys to a local firm who did all 5 alloys in a powder coat black. £250 later and the car looks 5 years younger in my opinion.
