Fault code 08825

Hi people I've recently just had my s3 stage 2 tuned I've replaced coil packs with Audi R8 ngk ones and new plugs also fuel filter oil filter everything car is showing fault 08825 I've googled it and saying inlet manifold pipe that connect to the flaps just wondering if anyone else has had this and and a solution to my problem I was wondering if a runner flap delete would sort this problem as this we're it shows the pipe slightly comes out causin a air leak thanks Craig
