Help! Handbrake problem and power steering fluid leak!

Hi all!

This is my first post! I am a new Audi owner but have got myself a baby that need TLC!

So I have 2 issues! 

1 is a power steering fluid leak which is coming from a front end hydrolic hose. So need to know where the best place for decent price spares is!

I have put a pic up of where it leaks from.

Would help if I knew what hose I was after too! Its just a bit of black webbing type material but I guess I have to replace the entire thing?

 

2 is the handbrake won't switch on. The switch make the dash parking light come on but it won't engage this comes with a malfunction warning beep and message!

Any ideas? Most handbrake problems I have read about involve it sticking on rather than no going on at all!
