Q7 Air distribution issues

I have just replaced my Audi Q7 RHD 3 litre diesel air blower.

 

Was a simple enough job as the last one had died on me. Buit I am now not getting the air distributed .

 

Cant for the life of me work out whats happening...  or what I may have moved in the install of the motor.

 

The motor works, the speeds vary lovely - just nothing much getting out?

 

Any help gladly appreciated

Just got the AA out got two error codes...

 

0586 combustion air blower short to ground

 

and

 

08CB supplementary heater component locked
