Front passenger door will not open

Hi All

I have an Audi A4 B8 Avant and the front passenger door is locked shut. The door will not unlock with the fob or from inside the car. I have tried pulling the door handle and spraying WD40 in through the opening but this has not helped. Any ideas? Thanks Teresa

Probably require a new door unlock actuator, Prone to failure. Garage cost is approx £150-£200 for the fix
