Hello Audi friends in UK 🙂

I am located in Denmark, and I am happy driving my Audi A6 TFSI model 2017 with MMI plus, which includes the big display between the two dials in the dashboard. Everything was working perfectly, but the one day 14 days ago the display got slow, when switching between TABs .. you know "driving computer", ''Media*, "Phone", "NAV". But it is ONLY when switching between the TABs. Changing menu items inside the same TAB is working fine. Also Switching to the NAV tap gives the map instantly. I did a small youtube video of the issue, which is much easier, than trying to explain what I see.

Here is my recording ... why is the TAB switch so slowly fading in?

 Please have a look...

I already tried a hard reset of the MMI by the 3 button combination, but that did not solve it.

I will be very happy if some of you guys are able to help with some advice?

Have you seen similar issue?

or even better ... know what causes this.

My thinking is that it looks like a software issue, but I am not sure 🙂

Thank you in advance and best wishes from Denmark.

Ciano
