After market head unit.

Hi all,

So my standard Audi Concert head unit died, it was upsetting the BCM and causing all sorts of problems. I bought an after market  head unit that came with every conceivable harness, but when plugged in, the speaker wire part of the plug (x8 pins) does not relate to the car side of the plug. My question is, is there a converter lead that would solve it ? The new head unit powers up fine.

the car is an A3 black edition 2011  3 door and has Bose written on the speaker grills
