Intermittent starting problem

Featured Replies

Hi.

Intermittently my Q7 tdi 3.0 does not start. Engine cranks for about 2 seconds and stops (no firing at all). It's not the starter motor as cranking speed is very good. There are no warning lights, and after struggling for few minutes, it does start eventually.

Any ideas will be appreciated.
