Strange noise coming from the middle of the car? Help?

i am new to the site I apologise if there is already a thread for this but I have owned a A8 for a few years now and I love the car. Recently I’ve had issues with it. Wheel bearings etc but all of this was resolved. I got the car back and when I am driving it there is a slight vibration in the footwell? Something doesn’t feel right with the car at all. I thought it was just me looking out for problems but my son in law drive the car last night and agreed there isn’t something right, online it says bearings near the gearbox etc I just don’t know where to start. I took it for a gearbox specialist and they said the gearbox is fine, full diagnostic on the car and again fine? Can anyone help and point me in the right direction please

My coolant expansion bottle keeps emptying after about 6/7 miles, I suspected a leaky bottle cos I'd had that problem before but I changed it and it's still happening. Now I'm looking at the oil and it's not good, can someone confirm head gasket failure? Or another explanation for what's happening? Cheers Duane

I've been seeing more and more posts across FB and multiple forums about people having the alternator failure related to the 48v mild hybrid system and wanted to see if anyone has had this issue and how their experience has been. I know in USA they have announced a TSB with an extended warranty for 7 years but I am trying to get more info from Audi UK but not getting anywhere. Hello All - My battery has died and I'm all set to replace it myself. We jumpstarted the car last week and despite it initially sending me a lot of mad messages about nothing working, once I got it going and drove a mile, it was all fine. 2 days later, battery flat again. Mu question is, if I disconnect the old battery and replace it, will all my computer settings be lost?

Hi. Just arranged a mini road trip to the West Country. Day 1. Travel To St Austell to stay overnight in 16th century pub. Stopping at Exeter Services for a recharge. Day 2. Travel to The Eden Project, then on to The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Mevagissey. Back to the pub overnight. Day3. Travel to The Cheddar Gorge, stopping at Exeter Services for recharge. Then home. Hi. I drive an S3 2021 Hatch Sportback. My car came from new with Rear parking sensors that Beep - But no Front Parking Sensors. I have been looking around for someone to fit Front parking sensors and a Rear Reversing Camera to my S3. One company called AIC (Advanced in car Technologies) which are based in Poole around Dorset looks good, however they are over 500 Miles from where I live. Hey guys im from new zealand, i got a a3 8p with a vr6, it has 45xxxkms. it has front right damgage and the door was hit in the crash, Im trying to replace the front right upper door hinge but its impossible to access the inside bolt to remove it from the body. Ive searched everywhere on google and youtube and audi forrums and have seen no one try this repair or any advice. Has anyone on here attempted something like this or seen someone do it??

Well I’ve been and gone and done it…. I’ve just taken delivery of a mint A2 1.4Tdi with 76,000 miles on in Ebony Black. She is beautiful with beige leather and all the toys inc a working pan-roof!! My question is - Do I get her chipped for an extra 25 bhp or leave her as standard 🤔🤔🤔

IMG_2335.MOV Hi there, My A1 1.6 TDI Sport 2017 makes this high pitched noise which sounds like it’s coming from the right rear side. It more tends to happen when the weather is cold. It starts when the car has been going for a couple miles and stops as soon as you turn the engine off. I have attached a video of the noise. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks IMG_2335.MOV

Wondering if anyone could help, my all road A6 C5 , when I drive it and rex past 2000rpm the abs light comes on with the esp and suspension level control light, if I turn car off and restart the light go out, if I keep under 2000 rpm no lifts come on, I have logged with vcds, and only fault is brake pressure implausible, when I do live reading it fluctuates between 0 to 33, when I put foot on brake the pressure goes up as it should, I have changed the abs unit and brake light switch. Hi everyone, I have a 1994 2.8E Audi 100 Quattro saloon with ~130k miles on the clock. It's developed a problem with the engine cutting out if driven above ~65mph on days warmer than 27 Celsius. Neither the garage or main dealer have been able to find any fault. One mechanic speculated that the fuel pump might be at fault, but the problem has persisted after replacing it. Has anyone experienced this with a similar model? Thanks! Tom

Hi all, I have a 2020 A3 tfsi e and when I charge the car overnight I try to make sure all the timers are off so the car charges immediately. However sometimes in the morning the car has not charged because the timers have turned the charge off during the night which is very frustrating. Has anyone else had anything similar

Hi there - i checked through all the pages related to A5 but didn't see anything on this topic on issues with the one-touch open/close function. I have an Audi A5 Cab B9/F5 40 TFSI S line (pre-facelift) and on the cabriolets, you have 4 switches, one for each window, plus a 5th master which does all the windows at the same time. Each switch has the one-touch operation. The rear window switches and the 5th master switch work up/down with one touch no problems. Problem I have: The front window
