Hello, 

I have an audi a6 c6 2010. I have a usb cable (mini 5) coming through my dashboard.

Does anyone know what it is for?

Also, from my searches, I have found a female usb mini 5 to usb c adapter. If I connect my phone through the adapter cable, will I get sound through my speakers when watching e.g. YouTube?

Currently I get Bluetooth connection to my phone calls but I cannot connect media unless I use a fm transmitter but the sound is not good quality. Please advise and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
