MMI 2G low green menu activation

Hi

I had today oil change to Multitronic by Audi service(my car 4F Avant 2.0 TFSI 2006]

I wanted them to enable the Green Menu so that i could update  SW to latest level,especially i'm interested tuner improvements.

However service manager said to me that Green Menu activation cannot be done because i have only 

MMI 2G low version in my car.

Is it thrue that it cannot be enabled or were they misleading me?
