Key Fob Locks But Won't Open Drivers Door

Featured Replies

I have recently purchased a 2007 Audi A3 2.0l TDI Quattro (4 door). My remote key fob locks all 4 doors, including the drivers door, but although it opens the 3 passenger doors, it will not open the drivers door? I have to use the key to open the drivers door. I have changed the battery, in the remote fob, but it still won't open the drivers door, yet the fob does lock the drivers door??????

Any ideas as to why the remote will lock the drivers door, yet it won't open it?

Thanks in advance for any replies!
