A6 Camera and sat nav problems

2019 April A6 2 litre S line A6

Having problems with the camera which stops lane assist, main beam assist (lights from oncoming vehicles control the main beam) and Audi pre sense/distance warning. I have a sat nav which loses its memory of favorites/home address. Jardine Audi (Warrington) could not find the problem so could not help, they asked me to photo the warning light display when camera fault happened. This I have done and documented to Jardine. I now await their response but expect a "straight bat"

Do any other owners have similar problems?
