Looking for a doner car as i have recently had dreaded gearbox grinding after purchasing recently.. have other parts like roof also needing to be replaced hence looking gor full doner car, most importantly im in need of a good auto gearbox for a 1.8t

 

Would appreciate any help anyone can give me regarding this, do i need to replace it is it somethig that i can save?

I am clueless on this lol
