Heating problem

Hi everybody I am new to the forum.

I have a problem locating the a/c heater flap motor on my A4 b8 AVANT 2.0 TFSI QUATTRO 2012                                                                      I have removed the glove box.

I can see the blue and green one I am assuming these are for the vents and the demist which are on the centre console side there is also a large oblong shaped vent up on the left hand side which I assume is the cold air which all work, in fact everything is working ok apart from no heat, in some posts I have looked at it shows the red one below the blue and green one but not in my case, any help in locating the (red) heater flap motor would be much appreciated.
