Upgrade iPod Glove Box Connection

I wondered whether it would be easy for me to upgrade the Upgrade iPod Glove Box Connection to allow me to play music from USB.

I have seen many cables but cant figure out which one I need.  I have attached the photos of the connections from the iPod connection that is located in the glove box.

20200819_203822 is the actual connection I need to connect to.  The other is the connection on the back of the iPod box/unit.

Any suggestions would be welcomed.
