Brd oil leak

Featured Replies

Hi there. I was hoping that someone could shed some light.

2 weeks ago my my car when in for new cambelt, water pump and a new set of glow plugs. Ever since there has been oil leaking from the rocker/cam cover in the left back corner as you look at the engine.

We have tried no sealant on the gasket, sealant on one side of the gasket, a new gasket with sealant on both sides but it still leaks. We have left the sealant on both times over 24 hours to make sure it has cured.

Could the oil becoming from the two parts of the head ? Or somewhere else ?
