mmi not working

Featured Replies

Hi,

I needed to jumpstart my A6 as it had been sat for a while, whilst connecting the cables they twisted and shorted sending sparks flying.

After I changed my trousers I tried again making sure they were connected properly and all seemed good except that the mmi screen is not working and are no lights on the cd multichanger in the glove box. No radio or sat nav etc. I have looked at the fuses in the dash side panel and swapped out the 5amp one listed as mmi.

Has this careless act fried the mmi? or is there a blown fuse lurking somewhere that I've missed????
