Heated , memory seats

Hi folks, I've recently purchased a c7 2016 A6 and I'm looking to upgrade the leather seats to heated & memory. Any info would be greatly appreciated pros & cons ??. 

I now this involves replacing both front seats and door cards would be great if someone else had done this. Thanks
