Heating or lack of it !

Ok so ive got a 2014 Q5 2ltr TFsi its done 67k and mint with full vw history.  Once started the temp gauge it in the middle within a mile or so but no warm air out the vents , ive set it at 22 ...  after 15 miles to work it's still near on cold with no heating within the car or demisting ect ect.

Now ive added some water system flush and run the at for a week and dropped the coolant out then changed the thermostat (vw) and the small electric water pump inc the plug and loom that sits and the back of the cylinder hear above the gearbox. Ive refilled again using vw antifreeze and blead the system via the small hole in the right hand hose that comes off the back of the matrix behind the 1st bulkhead the water is super hot and has loads of pressure behind it. The hoses to and from the matrix are both hot to the touch.

But still no hot air WTF !  if the car stands say 5-10 mins at 1500-2000 rpm then and only then does it blow sort of warm air .....

Ive put a camera up the end of the matrix and the core looks like new all the cooling fins and passages are good .....

Any ideas ?
