An icy morning in Scotland today and we couldn't open the doors on our newly acquired A7 as the glass was frozen shut. I have read that Krytox is a possible solution. Has anyone had success with this or is there a better solution? Thanks

From what I've read Gummi Pfledge is the thing to get. I've bought some but I'm waiting for a day that's actually dry enough to apply it. It comes as a stick and you just apply it to all of the surfaces.

My A5 hasn't been too bad but I previously had a Scirocco and that was impossible to get into some mornings. I don't think that the A5s windows go as deep into the roof as the Scirocco's did when they're closed
