Vibration when going in to 5th and 6th

I have a vibration when gong into 5th and 6th gear in my 2008 Q7 . Had a recon gearbox had it back to them 4 times  and can’t find any problem with it . Has anyone got any ideas ?

Might be worth a look, have your wheels checked over. Had some vibration coming through the steering and slight (very slight wobbly) from the rear on my 2012 Q7, but only at certain gears/speed (60-80mph). Wheels were realigned, balanced only to pick up some flat spots on two of the rear alloys. Had them professionally reshaped and refurbished and this sorted out the issue.
