Wings

Featured Replies

Hi I’m new to the group and after some advice, my Audi A4 convertible 3.0 v6 Quattro needs 2 new wings, can see a pair for £60 on eBay primed the pair but it has check part numbers l, where do I find part number without taking them off and are all a4 2001 - 2005 b6 standard and fit mine?

I've very recently bought a 2005 A4 B6 cabriolet with a good body and many mechanical problems.  One front wing has some bubbles at wheel arch and I investigated a replacement part.  Very quickly found that as I suspected the cabriolet wing is different at the headlight and also at the A pillar.  Official Audi parts lists the standard A4 B6 wings as 8E0821105/6 and the cabriolet B6 as 8H0821105/6.  Only a letter different but nobody has manufactured a cabriolet pattern part (c£30 up) so Audi only at c£230 from Latvia and I know not what from Audi UK.  Experts will correct me if I am wrong.  I'd be careful of used parts due to age unless ordered from somewhere sunny or can be inspected.  Welcome to the world of niche products.
